FAITH

FAITH. Lack of faith leads to anxiety, which is the antithesis of peace. Shalom, the sweet peace of God, not dependent on external circumstances. It just depends on God. Before His arrest and crucifixion, Jesus reminded His followers that they had problems in the world, but that would always be with him until the end of time (John 16:33). Living in peace is something you can experience fully, because God promised to never leave us or abandon (Hebrews 13:5). Even in times of personal failure, God's love is directed to you. The simple faith and undoubted as a child is all that God requires. Amen.
